Quality & Delivery

Six things we prove before we ask for an order

We coordinate production across a vetted partner-factory network in Dongguan, and we stay accountable for what reaches you. Nothing below depends on certificates — it depends on documents we can actually show you for your order.

1. Tech pack review

Measurements, fabric, construction and print files are checked before sampling. Gaps come back to you within one business day, in writing.

2. Sample with photos

3–5 days when fabric is in stock, 10–15 days when it has to be developed. Every sample ships tracked, with photos of the finished piece before dispatch.

3. Bulk with three QC checkpoints

Before production, mid-line, and final inspection. Each lot gets a photo report: measurements, seams, print placement, packing. If a checkpoint fails, we hold the lot and tell you before it ships.

4. Lead time that starts at the right moment

The clock starts when the deposit clears and the sample is approved, not when you ask for a quote. Standard bulk is 20–30 days after that point, depending on fabric and construction.

5. Packing and carton marks

Polybag, hangtag, size sticker and carton marks are packed to your retail or warehouse spec. Mixed sizes are standard; mixed colours are quoted per order.

6. A named contact per order

One person owns your order from sample to shipment, answers within one business day (GMT+8), and sends the QC photos without you having to ask twice.

Shipping

Express (5–8 days) or sea freight (25–40 days) from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Freight and duties are quoted separately at cost — we do not mark them up, and we do not hide them in the unit price.

Samples and MOQ

Stock styles: MOQ 20 pcs with your logo on stock colours and sizes. Custom development: MOQ 150–300 pcs depending on style, fabric and construction. Samples: up to 2 pieces per style per buyer, cost credited against your first bulk order.

Questions about your specific order? Send the spec and we reply with a costed quote in one business day.
