1. Ready-to-Ship Products
For our ready-to-ship inventory items that have no quality defects and no customization, customers may apply for a return within 14 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
Return Requirements:
Products must be unused and unworn
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
Items must be free from any damage, stains, or odors
Products must not have been washed or altered

Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer's responsibility

2. Customized Products (Light Customization & Deep Customization)
Customized products are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature and cannot be resold.
