Order Cancellation Non-customized orders can be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before shipment. Return Window For non-customized orders, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return. Return Conditions All returned items must be unused, undamaged, free of stains, and free of any odors. Items must be returned in brand new condition.
