Order Cancellation Non-customized orders can be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before shipment. Return Window For non-customized orders, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return. Return Conditions All returned items must be unused, undamaged, free of stains, and free of any odors. Items must be returned in brand new condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Return Shipping & Customs The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs clearance fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Refund Processing Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned product. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
