🚚 Shipping & Processing
Standard Orders (In Stock)
Items that are in stock are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Out-of-Stock Orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, fulfillment will be completed within 7–15 business days. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your order has been processed and shipped.
Discontinued Items
If a selected style has been discontinued, we will reach out to you promptly to offer the option of a replacement style or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Custom Logo Orders
Orders requiring custom logo application have a production lead time of 5–8 business days before shipment.
Bulk Orders with Custom Branding
For wholesale or bulk orders that include custom logo, hang tags, and packaging, production time varies based on order quantity:

Large Bulk 13–20 business days

Order Cancellation
Non-customized orders can be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before shipment.
Return Window
For non-customized orders, customers have 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation to request a return.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, free of stains, and free of any odors. Items must be returned in brand new condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Customs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs clearance fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned product. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including items with custom logos, hang tags, or packaging, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue. If you believe your order has a quality problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
