Shipping
Custom logo orders ship 20–35 days after deposit and sample approval. Stock styles ship in 3–5 days when the colour is in stock; restocking an out-of-stock colour adds 10–15 days. Express or sea freight, carton marks to your spec.
Returns
All sales are final. Every order is made or picked against a written spec, so we do not take goods back. If a lot does not match what you approved, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the carton marks; we repair, remake or credit on your next invoice. Samples are sold at sample price and are not refundable.
